Minty Mind Tea

Spearmint has long been a favorite ally of mine for easing upset stomach. She is sweet in flavor, refreshing and cooling. She gently relieves nausea, gas and indigestion. Lemon Balm loves to reduce anxiety, stress, depression, and high blood pressure. She can even be applied topically for several skin conditions including chicken pox, shingles, herpes, eczema, and psoriasis. Lemon Balm is anti-inflammatory and antibacterial, and her scent is uplifting and delicious!

Lavender is a wonderful calming herb with a lovely uplifting scent. Aids in the relaxation of the mind and body while reducing inflammation, and reducing muscle spasms, including during menses.
