This incredible fungi is found in cold regions on birch trees and is packed with natural medicine! Doseage

Chaga can and should be taken daily to help maintain alkalinity, balance, and optimum health within the body. When it is consumed as a tea, it can be taken in a six ounce cup one to two times a day. Tincture can be taken in 2 to 3 dropper pulls (2.2-3.3 ml) 3 to 5 times a day. Chaga Dual extraction can be taken 1 dropper pull (1ml) 2 to 3 times a day.

The main thing to remember is to take it. The quality of a Chaga extract is key, so always make sure to buy a quality product and be careful of watered down, and adulterated products.

*counter indications suggest that if you are taking diabetic medications, it is important to know that Chaga can lower blood sugar, causing additional effects. If you suffer from kidney stones, you should avoid high oxalate foods and Chaga contains oxalates. Chaga is a very safe medicinal, and rated as a G.R.A.S.
